By using our services, you acknowledge that:

150 paying clients in 90 days or you receive a full refund plus $1,000 compensation.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate business details, including ZIP code, contact information, and service availability.Respond to leads in a timely manner to maximize conversion rates.Follow all applicable local laws and regulations related to your business operations.

Failure to cooperate with our process may

negatively impact your results

, and we will not be held liable if leads are not converted due to lack of follow-up.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

A. Payment Terms

Payments are due before services begin, as outlined in your agreement.We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.Non-payment or chargebacks will result in immediate termination of services.

B. 150-Client Guarantee & Refund Policy

If we do not generate at least 150 paying subscription clients in 90 days, we will issue a 100% refund PLUS $1,000 compensation.Refunds do not apply if the client fails to follow up with leads or rejects qualified prospects without valid reason.Refund requests must be made in writing to [Your Contact Email] within 7 days of the 90-day period ending.

4. Limited Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scoop 10X is

not responsible for:

Any business losses resulting from how you handle the leads we provide.Service disruptions due to third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, scheduling tools).Circumstances beyond our control, including changes in advertising policies or economic downturns.

5. Advertising & Data Use

By working with us, you grant

permission to:

Use your business details in ad campaigns for lead generation purposes.Track and collect data to optimize campaign performance (via Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, etc.).Use anonymized results for case studies and testimonials unless you explicitly opt out.

6. Service Availability & Exclusivity

We only work with

one poop scooping business per ZIP code

7. Termination & Cancellation

We reserve the right to

cancel or refuse service

if:

The client engages in dishonest business practices or misrepresents their services.Payments are not made on time.The client violates Facebook, Google, or other advertising policies.

If you wish to cancel services, you must

notify us at least 7 days in advance

of the next billing cycle.

8. Changes to Terms

Scoop 10X reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our services

after an update
